Introduction
1. Purpose
The Kawaak Ambassador program enables all registered users to recommend Kawaak to other professionals, and to receive a recurring commission of 50% on each subscription taken out by their referrals, for the lifetime of their subscription.
2. Operation
Each ambassador receives a personal recommendation link from their user space.
● When a user clicks on this link and subscribes to Kawaak, they become an affiliate attached to the ambassador.
● The affiliated user automatically benefits from a 1-month free trial.
● The ambassador earns a recurring commission of 50% on all affiliate payments, as long as the subscription remains active.
3. Conditions
It is forbidden to self-affiliate or to create fictitious accounts.
● It is forbidden to affiliate members of one's own team or company.
● It is strictly forbidden to launch paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) with the affiliate link.
● In the event of obvious fraud, Kawaak reserves the right to suspend the ambassador account immediately, without notice or compensation.
4. Payment of commissions
● Commissions are automatically calculated via the Reditus platform.
● Commissions are paid according to Reditus' terms and conditions.
● A dashboard enables each ambassador to track earnings and affiliates in real time.
5. Respect for Kawaak's image
● The ambassador must not impersonate any official Kawaak representative.
● Any misleading, abusive or illegal communication will result in immediate exclusion from the program.
● The use of Kawaak logos and visuals is authorized solely for the purpose of promoting the program.
6. Ownership and liability
● All content linked to Kawaak remains the exclusive property of Kawaak SAS.
● Kawaak declines all responsibility in the event of fraudulent or abusive use of the affiliate link.
7. Termination
● The ambassador can leave the program at any time from his Reditus account or by contacting Kawaak support.
● Commissions continue to be paid for subscriptions still active from his affiliate link.
8. Personal data
● Data is processed in compliance with the RGPD.
● The affiliation infrastructure is hosted and secured by Reditus.
9. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montpellier, France.
