1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern access to and use of
services offered by Kawaak on www.kawaak.com.
They constitute a contract between Kawaak and the user who has subscribed to one of the
services offered, whether free of charge or for a fee.
2. Service description
Kawaak is a SaaS platform for :
● Generate, plan and publish content on LinkedIn
● Create visuals via IA
● Organize your content folders
● Collaborate as a team
● Track your performance statistics
3. Service access
The user creates a personal account to access the service. Some features are reserved for users with monthly or annual subscriptions.
4. Terms of payment
● Subscriptions are invoiced in advance, according to the formula chosen (monthly or annual)
● Payment is made by credit card via Stripe
● At the end of each period, the subscription is automatically renewed unless terminated by the user
● In the event of unsubscription, access remains active until the end of the period set.
● No refunds, even in the event of early termination
5. Termination
The user can unsubscribe at any time from his personal space in the "Subscription" section.
The account is automatically switched to a free version at the end of the billing period.
Kawaak reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of non-compliance with these T&C or non-payment.
6. Rights of use
The user is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform. He agrees not to:
● Resell or redistribute the service
● Attempt to extract or analyze the source code
● Divert the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Personal data is processed in accordance with the RGPD. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
8. AI image generation
Kawaak offers an AI-based image generation tool.
● The user agrees not to generate any content that is illegal or infringes the rights of third parties
● For AI portraits, only images of the user himself are permitted
● The creation of portraits of third parties without consent is prohibited
● The user is responsible for the images generated
● Kawaak declines all responsibility in the event of fraudulent use
9. Service availability
Kawaak targets an availability rate of 99% per year. Occasional maintenance interruptions may occur.
No compensation will be due.
10. Liability
Kawaak cannot be held responsible for:
● Temporary service interruptions
● Loss of user-related data
● Misuse of the
service ● Indirect damage (loss of sales, opportunities, visibility...)
11. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montpellier, France.
